4.Q: Can we get samples?
A: Yes, we can provide few free samples for your evaluations, but you need to bear the freight cost of samples , If you have courier account, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc, then we can send you samples by freight collect. If not, you can pay us freight cost and then we arrange the delivery of samples for you.
Besides, if the sample quantity is not very big, the samples can be free, Otherwise, you need to pay the sample fees, However, this cost can be deducted from your first order.
5. Q: How long can we except to get samples?
A: For regular products, normally it will be sent out within 3-5 days, but for special or customized samples, it will take about 10-15days.
